On Jan 22nd of 2018, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd. (CNHTC or Sinotruk Group) (Hong Kong) officially announced to purchase one set of today’s most advanced shot blast machine, DM2-650, from Changzhou Hidea Machinery Co., Ltd. for the most advanced MC engine six-cylinder crankcase block. So far, CNHTC has cooperated with Hidea for five times to develop the latest engine crankcase block and cylinder head casting shot blasting. Such cooperation not only breaks the long-standing stereotype that factories should only use European shot blast equipment of engine block, but also proves that Hidea is one of the best shot blast suppliers of engine crankshaft block casting. Hidea ranks among the world enterprises with advanced technologies and successfully breaks shot blast equipment monopoly of Europe. Meanwhile, Hidea managed to take the huge step from made in China to create in China.
CNHTC was founded in 1956 as the cradle of China heavy duty truck industry and China’s largest production base of heavy duty truck. It was the first domestic enterprise to comprehensively introduce the manufacturing technology of foreign heavy auto vehicles. Since the creation of China’s first JN1508 tons heavy duty truck freight car in the brand of Yellow River in 1960, CNHTC adhered to independent innovation, digestion and absorption of imported technology, and constant upgrade of its products. Hidea first time made contact with CNHTC in 2009, when Hangzhou Engine Co., Ltd of CNHTC was upgrading its products. Since the original production technology and equipments could not meet the requirements of new products, CNHTC must upgrade the original shot blast line. As a result, CNHTC publicly bid worldwide to seek for the partner with solutions. Although Hidea had just founded for two years at that time, Hidea entrepreneurial team was recognized in the industry with world visions and with advanced technologies. In 2017, Jinan Casting & Forging Center bought one Hidea’s OH2-650-15 / 21 series hanger shot blast machine. The shortest shot blast cycle time of the new machine only needs 90 seconds, which greatly improved the production efficiency. Furthermore, the top of the chamber adopted seven seals design, which effectively controls the abrasive leakage. Hence, the good quality of the products and services before, during, and after the delivery of the equipment had impressed the customers and eventually won the trust of customers, which led to the final acceptance of the project by the end of 2017.
